OPI Photonics provides free-space optics solutions for high-power laser beam SHAPING and DELIVERY. Standard products include beam SWITCHES, COUPLERS and COLLIMATORS suitable for multi-kilowatt fiber laser or direct-diode sources. Adaptive beam shaping solutions (custom) and beam measurements/characterization systems are also available.
OPI Photonics offers both off-the-shelf or customized products in terms of optical fiber cable and connectors (QBH, QD, PT-F compatible), laser beam specifications and performance.
Couplers, Switches, Combiners and Splitters can be configured up to 10 kW of maximum power, with different number of input/output channels and optical magnification (typically from 0,8 to 2);
Beam collimators can be configured up to 10 kW of maximum power, with focal lengths ranging from 40 to 200 mm and optional focusing lenses and fixed or removable protection windows;
Beam measurement systems can be used to measure and analyze the power and the quality of an optical chain output beam.
Each system is equipped with embedded safety sensors or control boards that monitor both the operative conditions of the optical, electrical, and mechanical internal elements, and the feeding and processing fibers.
